Privacy information
This page describes the data used by the MentCraft website and its local newsletter system.
Who is responsible for the data
I.P., Gazelei 65, Bucharest, Romania. Privacy enquiries can be sent to contact@mentcraft.com.
Website browsing
The website does not use behavioural analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. The web server may retain limited technical logs, such as request time, requested path, response status, IP address and user agent, for security and operational diagnosis.
Newsletter subscription
When you request a subscription, MentCraft processes your email address, the consent wording and version, the source page, timestamps and technical information required to demonstrate the request and confirmation. A confirmation email is sent before the subscription becomes active.
Pending requests are removed after their confirmation window expires. Active subscriber data is retained while the subscription remains active. After unsubscribe, a minimal suppression record may be kept to ensure that the address is not added back without a new request.
Email delivery
Subscriber records and consent events are stored in the MentCraft newsletter database on the website infrastructure. Messages are relayed through MentCraft's authenticated Hostico email service. MentCraft does not sell subscriber data or share it with advertisers.
External links
Book pages may link to Amazon. Following an external link is subject to the destination website's own privacy practices.
Your choices
Every newsletter message includes an unsubscribe option. You may also contact contact@mentcraft.com to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Cookies
The current website does not require non-essential cookies. If analytics, direct sales or other features are introduced later, this notice will be updated before those features are activated.
